[After going over and over the copy of the Handbook that Manka left in her mailbox. She picks up the phone.]

So, is there anyone out there who want to try explaining the "Handbook for New Citizens of Our Glorious and Free Haven for the workers spirit" to me? I've gone over it a bunch of times, but there's a couple things that bug me about it.

I know all the questions I have were probably answered before, but I've been pretty busy. The drones work you hard here. They like go out every other night.

Some kid on the phone said "Check your mailbox." Other than that, nope not at all~.

[She frowns. If it was a person over the phone then it couldn't be a drone.]

I see. Make sure the drone in the house doesn't get a hold of it. It seems this has something to do with the Russians.

I'll hide it and tell dad to stay out of my room. But if it is, then why is it here? Did Sergei drop it or something?

I was going to ask, you did know something, about that Sergei guy?

I can't answer that for certain. He might have dropped it or perhaps he gave it to someone.

Unfortunately no. I met him one night, but when I pursued him he vanished.

I see...Maybe he knew something about this place that we don't. That's why everyone was looking for him. And I was just wondering since it just seemed a little odd that that cop would stop by our house.

To tell you the truth this whole Cold War thing is a little hard for me to grasp. Unless Commander Mina was right when she said if we would be fighting amongst ourselves if we weren't fighting the Neuroi.

From what I heard he went to everyone's home. He seemed quite aggravated about the situation.

[She thinks.] Do you want me to give you a brief overview of the Cold War, Charlotte? I lived through the crucial parts of it myself.

The only one's I heard about were the ones that were raided. But I guess that would make sense.
